To a certain extent, they are.
Social media, and social networking in particular, create a back-and-forth conversation with your target audience, so you can virally market your website through the “buzz” that can be created. When something interesting, cool, or unique is being talked about in “all the right places,” it can certainly provide a boost in website traffic.

We will be anticipating a few hours of downtime once the migration is finalized but we will be running both the old and new server simultaneously to add redundancy in case we encounter some issues.
We are migrating our system to a more powerful server, updated firewall and backup system to serve growing number of users and make the infrastructure more robust and scalable.
